Simon Cowell is on the mend after falling off his electric bike in the yard of his Malibu home. He fell prone and had to undergo six-hour surgery to repair the three fractures he suffered, in addition to having a metal rod placed behind his back

One Direction fans, known as Directioners have a very deep distaste for the entertainment mogul as they feel he was too controlling over the group after they formed on The X Factor in 2010. One Direction fans believe there was a relationship going on between Harry and Louis since The X Factor days. Fans do think that this relationship had to be kept under wraps because Simon thought it would be bad for their public image. He wanted Harry to have the brand or image that he was a flirt to virtually any girl, and for Louis to be the boy next door. This combined with several other grievances has caused some pent up aggression towards Simon whom the boys no longer work with while pursuing their solo music careers.
