Former AGT winner Darci Lynne has returned to Ellen to perform the song that made her star – Faith by Stevie Wonder and Ariana Grande. But she’s not alone. The performance is actually a duet with her new puppet,
The performance was eye-catching, with Darci easily switching between vocals and even darting back and forth with the puppet at one point in the song. Her movements are also in sync with the music, giving the puppets its own body language and personality.
During her conversation with Ellen, she reminisces about the night she won AGT – about how she still vividly remembers and went to bed that night thinking her life was changed forever.
When asked about the $1 million prize, Darci said she used it to buy her mother a dishwasher and other appliances to make her life a little easier.
She also has a dog for herself, which she names “Jar Jar Binks” after the famous Star Wars character, and who is scared of her puppets, runs away right away. at first sight.
