It was a complete moment when Zareh surprised her mother, former idol Nadia Turner, who made it to the Top 8 in Season 4 in 2005.
Instead of the spa day Nadia was expecting, here she stands next to Ryan Seacrest AGAIN, while her daughter auditioning for Idol is at the same top she auditioned for!
Zareh sings “Bust the Windows” by Jazmine Sullivan as her mother sheds tears. Zareh falters a little when she tries to cover Jazmine, but she sings with an interesting, deep melody, even if she doesn’t always complete her phrase. She makes it clear that she loves fashion first. “Fashion is my passion,” she said. The American Idol audition seems to be a small trip to promote yourself.
