The schoolboy from Portsmouth, delivered a rendition of the track for the judges that left his little brother and family in tears.
Before his performance Isaac said: “I live at home with my dad and mum and brother and sister. Me and my brother Jack are really close because we both love music……I would love to make my family proud today.”
