The Voice Australia has only been back on screens for one night, but coach Boy George has already had one of his trademark meltdowns. In a new twist this year, coaches can “block” each other from being picked by the artists, even if they’ve turned their chairs in the Blind Auditions.
Fellow coach Delta Goodrem wasted no time in using these newfound powers, frustrating George after he was blocked after turning for singer Stellar Perry.“I loved [the performance from the first moment,” George told Stellar before raging: “In fact I turned first but some son of a b-tch has blocked me!”
Obviously not impressed by Delta’s move, the Culture Club star continued to vent his frustration, before Delta ‘fessed up.“I don’t even want to swear on telly because the words I would use wouldn’t be broadcast. Whoever did this to me is dead to me!” George ranted.
Stellar Perry gives us goosebumps with an epic performance of Lady Gaga’s ‘Always Remember Us This Way’.
