The sisters Sunflower and Gina Versteeg from De Lier have qualified for the second round of The Voice Kids.
During the blind auditions broadcast on RTL4 on Friday evening, two of the four jury members turned their seats: Snelle and Ali B.
Sunflower (13) and Gina (10) sang the very happy song Dance Monkey. It was Snelle who turned first after 10 seconds, so the sisters were already assured of the next round. After just under a minute, Ali B. also decided to press the red button.
Spurred on by Ilse de Lange, both artists got down on their knees. Much to the disappointment of ‘early turner’ Snelle, the girls chose Ali B.
