Australian violinist Christian Li, 10, became the youngest in the world to win the championship of one of the world’s most prestigious violin competitions – Yehudi Menuhin, held at Victoria Hall, Geneva, in Switzerland in April 2018
According to ABC Newss, young Christian Li played the violin at the age of 5, studying with Dr Robin Wilson – head of the violin department at the Australian National Academy of Music in Melbourne.
In 2017, Christian won first place in the violin category of the International Competition for Young Artists in Italy and was selected to perform at Carnegie Hall Isaac Stern Auditorium in New York at the Memorial Concert. 10 Years of Establishing American Protege Showcase.
