Footage appears to show Azov Battalion tanks firing down street in Mariupol, Ukraine

‘Ukrainian forces destroy Russian targets’ as fighting in Mariupol continues

Footage posted on Wednesday by the Azov Battalion, a far-right paramilitary group absorbed into the Ukrainian National Guard, reportedly shows explosions in Mariupol, where members of the regiment continue to fight Russian forces.

Storyful has not verified the date of recording, but confirmed it was filmed in south Mariupol, approximately just over half a mile from the coast.

The Azov Battalion said the video shows a strike on Russian military equipment. This has not been verified.
