Brave boy “Belal” fearlessly risked his life to save a helpless young deer from drowning in the Bangladesh River with one hand above his head and dashed across the surging river.
During the ordeal, viewers weren’t sure if the boy would reappear. When he finally made it to the other side, locals cheered as the young stag was reunited with its family.

The incident happened in Noakhali, Bangladesh, when the kitten was separated from its family during torrential rain and rapid flooding, Wildlife photographer Hasibul Wahab captured the act of bravery while visiting during a visit. He said the local people of Noakhali lost a lot of deer during the rainy season and they had to do all they could to protect them.
