Kai is an 8-year-old singer who has been starring in YouTube videos since he was a little baby. Growing up, he showed his passion for singing in his home videos of him singing along to his favorite artists. His adorable and expressive performances have earned him an army of fans, including Ellen DeGeneres herself. We always dream of what we would say if we met our idol. . But young Kai was forced to leave his tongue when he suddenly found himself face to face with his idol, Ed Sheeran, while performing on ‘The Ellen Show’.
Kai has appeared on her show many times over the years performing for a live audience. His favorite artist is Bruno Mars and he sang some of his songs on the show, but he has since expanded to other artists like Katy Perry and now Ed Sheeran.
Sing it, Kai closes his eyes to really focus on feeling the song; he definitely loves to sing and perform like no one is watching. But he didn’t know, a special guest was sitting backstage listening to him and wanted to come out.
