Early rainy season in Florida, USA signals the breeding season of crocodiles. Residents can easily catch them anywhere.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) announced on April 12, “The warm spring weather means you may see more crocodiles in Florida,” The Hill reported. .
People in Florida, home to about 1.3 million crocodiles, can find adult crocodiles everywhere.
In the city of Tampa, residents called the sheriff’s office to ask to move a 3-meter-long crocodile lying underneath a car in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
Another resident found two crocodiles mating in their backyard at Lakewood farm. He even filmed the incident and posted it on YouTube.

The mating season of local crocodiles usually takes place between May and June. The females will lay eggs from June and July each year. The eggs will hatch in late summer or early autumn.
Although alligators are thought to be more aggressive during the mating season, it is rare for them to attack people in Florida. According to the FWC, the rate of alligators for no reason to attack people in this state is 1 in 3.2 million.
“However, not so subjective. Remember not to feed alligators and keep a safe distance if you come across them. Swim only in designated places and during the day. Chain other pets and keep them away from the water surface ”, the FWC advises people.
Adult female crocodile is from 1.8 m to 2.1 m long and reach the age from 10 to 15, while adult male crocodile is usually between 8 and 12 years old.
