Video has emerged showing a missile strike hitting a crowd of people as they line up for humanitarian aid.
The footage was posted online by Oleksandra Matviichuk, head of Ukraine’s Center for Civil Liberties, who said it took place at the Nova Poshta post office in Kharkiv.
