When 9-year-old Angelica Hale first auditioned for America’s Got Talent earlier this season, she blew audiences away with an astonishing performance of Andra Day’s “Rise Up”, which earned her universal praise.
After moving on to the next round of the contest, Hale said she was even more nervous than before, but kept an eye on the prize.
“I so want to attend the live shows!” the adorable singer said in a backstage interview ahead of her performance. “I worked so hard to get this far, so I have to show them. I have to do my best.”
